Listed below are links to weblogs that reference Baxter's birth story, or, more about my body than you ever wanted to know:

Was he born a stargazer or were they able to flip him? My first son was posterior and was delivered that way (the back pain never goes away). I no longer have regular craps, but back pain. My daughter was no difficulty what's so ever, but my second son was also posterior. They were able to flip him though before delivery.

Oh, I also wanted to say that you did great!! Don't ever let anyone say anything about the use of painkillers. Typically the people that comment haven't gone through it. Congrats! You will now discover that it was the hardest thing you've ever done, the easiest thing you've ever done, and by far the most gratifying thing. You are now a mom and that will never change.

Fab-you-luss. You did great, BK did great, and Baxter is freaking adorable. You will be really glad to have this story in a few months, and I imagine even more so in a few years. Plus, you can embarrass Bax every year on his birthday by reading him the gory details of his mommy's nethers.

It's amazing how similar so much of your story is to mine. I can remember having a lot of the same feelings about different things. Your story was so well-written, it was like I was back in my own labor experience.

Congrats, Karo. That is one cute baby.

I just wanted to thank you for letting me/us read that. I am due VERY soon, and it was kinda nice to get a "play by play" sort to speak. Thank you :)
